Of course. Being responsive, calm, and predictable when helping your baby adjust to a new sleep plan, is crucial for helping your baby learn new skills, whilst also feeling secure and loved. Our approaches are very gentle, and grounded in science. Good quality sleep is an important component of mental health right across the lifespan. When you support your baby to make improvements to their sleep, you are laying the groundwork for good sleep and strong mental health.

The Sombelle 0-3 month program is best suited to babies up to 14 weeks old. If your baby is 15 weeks or older, we suggest purchasing Sombelle for babies 4-12 months.

No. You don't ever need to leave your baby alone to cry. Your presence and frequent reassurance is not only possible, but actually recommended, especially if you are changing where or how they fall asleep. Sombelle aims to reduce crying at bedtime. It doesn't mean your baby will never cry, but you'll be there to support them if they do and you'll have the skills needed to minimise crying.
